1. How will I get my product after purchase?
Right after payment, you’ll get a download link on the order confirmation page and in your email. You can also download it anytime from My Account → Downloads.
2. I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with your order number and we’ll send it again
3. Do I get lifetime access?
Yes. Once you buy a product, you can download it again whenever you need.
4. What formats are the products in?
Ebooks come as PDF, and bundles come as ZIP files. The exact format is listed on each product page.
5. Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital products that can be downloaded instantly, we don’t offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If the file is damaged or not working, contact us and we’ll fix it or replace it.
